Tennis Elbow is AWFUL news. Tendon injuries SUCK.
I nearly severed (I think) my Left wrist tendon last winter... I took 5 months off from lifting...
I hurt my Wrist from overuse... I was throwing the football far too much during a 7 day period and I was lifting heavy weights.
This is really really bad news.
TMI LOL!
1. Lingering issues like this are usually the end of great careers. Dont forget, Shaq's biggest injury was what they originally thought was a "minor toe injury". He says in his new book that it's what ended his career.
2. The coaching staff is partially to blame. I made posts about this at the beginning of the year. Brady throwing 40+ passes in some games was unnecessary. We didnt draft 2 RBs and put together a mauling OLine so Brady could pass so much.
Especially when I first got cable TV.
Bedard says a bone bruise suffered over a month ago...Brady says he's fine...Pro Football Weekly claims it has a Patriots team source...that would be a first in recent years. I think of PFW as Patriots Football Weekly for that reason.
If they were limiting Tom's reps his participation in practice would be limited and that would be reflected on the reports. Watching the way he was throwing madly inbetween series a few weeks ago makes a better case for the bone bruise and the need to warm the arm up and push through the pain and then keep it loose. Tendonitis would result in just the opposite, resting it and limiting throws to the ones you have to make.
Are you a Doctor? If so, did you examine Tom Brady?
