He's now on the Jets. He was that white safety who Randy scored two TDs off of in last year's game. Kid, you should have run further.

    No Jersey Selected

Good stuff. I can't wait for Brady to float 60 yard halos over his head to Randy Moss again.

Nice bio, but whoever wrote it left out "And he also was torched all day long by Randy Moss vs the Patriots last year down in Miami".

I don't get why people are so hard on Cameron. He was brought in to be our 5th safety and to contribute on special teams, which he did. When we lost Yeremiah Bell, Renaldo Hill and Travares Tillman, he had to step into a starter's role. He was awful, but he wasn't brought in to play safety.

Ugh, that was brutal. He also had the biggest joke of a tackle attempt on Donte Stallworth on your guys' first touchdown in that game in Miami.

This guy was brought in to be a special team player but even if he does miraculously see the field, no worries bc Kerry Rhodes will make up for his lack of skill

If you guys have to start Cameron Worrell, you won't win a whole lot of games because that would mean you were killed by the injury bug. I don't think a secondary with Ronnie Lott, Ed Reed and Deion Sanders could cover up Cameron Worrell's deficiencies.

luckily he was brought in as a ST player and is currently 4th or so on the depth chart at safety. Is he any good at anything (tackling, speed) relating to ST?

Yeah but he was 5th on our depth chart at safety but injuries to Bell, Hill and Tillman forced him into the line-up. Boy, that sucked.

    As for special teams...

He's actually pretty good at breaking down in the open field and making a tackle on an island. He can line up at gunner and probably be the 2nd man to arrive on a consistent basis.

yea that does suck about injuries ( I still have not gotten over 05 where we could have had something special if not for everyone getting hurt), glad to hear he may have some value as a gunner.

I thought the 2005 Jets were going to be a very good team. Something all great teams avoid is injuries, I remember in 2002 when Jay Fiedler was actually playing well and led us to a 5-1 record (well, Ricky and our defense got us to 5-1) when Fiedler broke his thumb and allowed Ray Lucas to ruin our season.

i get emotional thinking about 05. Chrebet and Martin saw there careers end to injury that year, we lost two QB's by week 3, 3/5 ths of our o-line was lost for the year. We lost Abraham for the year, and so many others hurt. The Jets still haven't recovered from that year. Knock on wood but the Jets have been one of the most healthiest teams in the NFL since that year. No major injury the last two years and I believe we did not lose a starter for a game in 06
