Or better still, start a site deusiraefans.com and stay there.

Well, that makes no sense in the context of this discussion, so I'll assume you're finished with the subject.

Seems to me you told me I was done when you said I may as well not post.

I'd take him back, for the minimum.

No room on teh roster for him even if he did have some ability, which apparently he doesn't. He was horrible here last year.

Denver paid a big signing bonus for this guy? Shows you just how weak other organizations are.

I think the claim that they paid him a big signing bonus was erroneus. I think he got somethng like 2.5 mill. not 7.

But, an inside pass rusher, who would actually do a good job would be a welcome addition.

I don't have time to follow the news as well as others here.

I know Bill created that role for Jarvis ... he filled in other roles also but that was his main role.

So i figure by posting it that way that someone here would know who might play that role now?

Pryor seems like the answer ... but that's just a guess on my part.

Green's role was as an inside pass rush specialist.

I doubt Bill has gotten rid of that role.

But if he has someone else that can do it as well or better for
cheap money then it was nice having you Jarvis ... enjoy the simple life.

That is Mo Pryors role...

Re: Reiss reporting Jarvis Green to be cut....

I agree.

I understand why we didn't want to guarantee Green $7M. Now, we are talking about something very differrent. We are talking about whether Green would add more to the defense than one of Love, Fletcher, Deaderick, or Pryor. My answer is yes.

I'll respectfully disagree and say that nobody on the roster, with the possible exception of Wright, provides a better pass rush at 3-4 DE than Green. Not Brace, not Deaderick, not Pryor. Now, on obvious pass situations where we line up guys like Ninkovich and TBC at 4-3 DE, than I would agree with you, but then Green could slide down to DT in those situations.

There'd only be one poster on the whole site. He is both the worst poster and the most ineffectively and uselessly argumentative poster on this board. It's like a case study unfolding before the whole internet.

Simple as that.

I've tried that with so many of the troll posters, but they just wind up baiting people into quoting their nonsense. This site would be a lot better if ignore also ignored quotes.

Thank god we haven't signed this slug.
