I'm sure someone can find a way to complain about this.

Finally some good news. Our very underrated 10+ sack OLB.

This will probably be the most underrated signing in all of FA, but at least it gives us something positive to talk about.

that said, we still need to sign some more leadership

At this point I seriously think Bodden is the most important player that needs to resign. If they don't get Bodden what the heck do they do?

Perhaps you should find your way to a dictionary and look up the definition of the word "complain."

I'm glad hes back. He has improved since his first tour of duty w/ the team.

I'm still assuming the team goes after a DE/OLB pretty high in the draft, but procuring TBCs services was a good move.

He's worth 4.5 friggin mil a year calm down. He got 10 sacks and was the ONLY patriot I could count on to apply pressure.

In today's market, you really can't help but be happy about this.

He is not worth that money. He was good for us, but he is not worth that type of money. Take into account half of those sacks were vs the Bills who had one of the worst o-lines in the league.

    LOL.

He is absolutely worth 4.5 million per year. Look at what Jarvis Green makes.

Then who IS worth the money? Without TBC or Peppers, the Pats will start Ninkovich and Crable at OLB.

I'm confused, how can Belichick sign players whilst being asleep? I thought the Pats don't "take care of their own"?

I don't think we're going to see Jarvis Green coming back. BB Giveth to TBC and Taketh away from Green. This was more money than I expected, but TBC fits our system and he has produced a double digit sack year. Hopefully he continues to perform at a high level and proves he is worth the pay increase.

agreed, i love tully. but he is not worth 4.5 million a year, especially over the next 3 years. that is ridiculous. the guy has a breakout year after a career of mediocrity and you give him close to 15 million? didnt the patriots learn anything from the bruins and tim thomas?

i love BB more than anyone, but he makes you question a lot.

    $4.5 per year?!?!?!?!!?
