Just bought it last night and it fully meets my expectations. Goes into such detail about their unique relationship and shows how brilliant Red was as a coach. Not the storyteller that Red was (who is) "Let Me Tell You a Story", but a great insightful book for any fan of basketball.
When I was working for a corporation a number of years back, there was this trend to compare management techniques to different arenas. A WWII TV show (12 O'clock High, I believe) in which they showed how the commander used different management methods to get production out of his employees (or something to that effect). Well, if anyone is having a seminar on management, this would be a brilliant book for a guide.
