I'm actually a tad surprised at how conservative I am shown to be with social issues. I'm not THAT much of a hate monger ;)

curious... how are "ethics" divided along any Conservative/Liberal scale?...

whatever criteria, such an assessment seems extremely subjective, at the very best...

Really poorly worded, and some of the questions are ambiguous at best.... but I took the bait, I do not understand the Ethics stuff and did not know that was a political issue.. right and wrong is pretty universal.

Over-simplistic and many questions had two responses possible when many responses were possible. Surprisingly, I got the distribution I might have expected for such a simplistic survey.

You're all right, of course, the survey is very simplistic. But it's a fun, quick 5 minute thing and provides us with this thread. And unlike most threads, people have been pretty tame to each other. So that's good.

I am "ALMOST" 100% Neo Con.

I believe in legalizing all drugs because everybody that wants them is using them anyway.

I believe in allowing Abortion in the early stages of the pregnancy I do not believe in pulling a 7 or 8 month Fetus out of the Womb with plyers and killing it.

There are probably other liberal things out there that I agree with but I can't think of them.

Clearly there's a bias to the survey, mostly but not always conservative. For instance,

    "Taxes should be:
    * Cut to stimulate the economy and give people more of their money back.
    * Something the rich pay more of. They can afforded."

In the first choice, the survey offers a rationale to cut taxes (to stimulate the economy). In the second choice, it does not. It would have been fairer for the second choice to say, "Increased to help the needy and, besides, the rich can afford it."

    Yeah, but boring...............

I call BS Wistah, you don't a conservative bone in your body....... You fukcing cheated. The only thing you got right was ethics (75% liberal), because we know LIBERALS HAVE NO ETHICS, just like you...... :rocker:

Ahhhhhhhhhh, that more like it. Nothing like a patsfans rant to get the morning started right :D

Of course I'm jk.... Nothing personal wistah, yours just happened to be last post in line ;) . Actually, I agree with you that it is simplistic, and further agree that, from what I know (based on posting habits), the results bare out pretty much as I'd expect them to.

The real test is when Patters takes it........ Can you be more then 100% liberal ? :p

    What ever.
I never like the wording of the questions in theses type of surveys. They tend to put you in a deleama were you have to chose an answer your not entirely comfortable with i.e

Q which is more important helping poor people ,or solving the national debt problem . I would always like to help the less fortunate, but I have to look at the bigger picture by paying off the national debt. It helps MORE people, and thats usually how I make a decision. What will benafit the most people. So I chose solving the debt crisis.
