1.) Rather than repeat what is written by John Clayton, can you please verify that the Pats are actually $16.9 million under their adjusted cap figure??If the Pats are 16.9 million under the $102 million cap, then they are $14.9 million under their adjusted cap. $2 million signs a couple of good players.
2.) Seymour's listed salary on the NFLPA.org site decreased from $5,020,000 to $2,020,000. Why???If the salary decrease is part of the reason that the Patriots are supposedly under their adjusted cap number by $17 million, then some of that cap space will be eaten up by a new deal with Seymour or Seymour will be holding out again.
 
Great questions...pertinent to understanding what is going on...MAY require some digging...BUT??

Do you have any idea as to what you are asking these people to do? They will actually have to do some research, which will take time away from their just throwing bull**** around and giving opinions instead of facts.

Some may just ignore the numbers...NOT think it is glamorous or heavens NO..are so clueless money wise, they don't understand what the questions really are!! But work dig??? I'd give Reiss a shot..he may look into it!!
