IMO that puts the price for Seymour @ 5 years 28-30 mill and a 13-15 mill SB.

If this is all it takes, get it done but I seriously believe that it's going to take more than $6M per year to get Seymour to sign a LT contract. 7 or 8 sounds more like it.
