Our winner this week has often predicted doom for the Patriots. In fact he only predicted a Pats victory once this season, and his two previous contest wins (in 2006 and week 1 this year) were for Pats losses. So why did he pick us this week?

Congrats to Brady_to_Moss for tenaciously holding onto the #1 spot for so long. I gambled by predicting a lower scoring game on Sunday and am lucky I didn't do more damage to myself than a drop from second to third. I'm still "in it" but the window is closing.

I've been slowly climbing the ladder. Now in 7th place, just 13 points behind our fearless leader!

I have to admit, I really love this game. No prizes except bragging rights, no fees no nothing but sweat, pressure and angst, and I love it.

Alamo, you can't imagine how much of a gas this is for me, and I suspect so many others. You put a lot of effort into it, and uncompensated time. If you ever get up to Bath, Maine, gimme a shout and at least let me buy you a shot & a beer.
