Ok, your chance to vote on how the media will respond now that the case is closed.

Some will deny and then backtrack

others will defend.

Lots of votes but just a few comments, so it needs a bump from the bottom of the page. :)

I voted amnesia because that's the closest choice to my opinion, which is that the media have the attention span of a 4-year old and will move on to their next self-annointed hot-button topic faster than you can say "OJ".

its over with... you'll only hear ignorant fans who can't remember the other excuses they use to use..

Raiders and the tuck rule, now migrated to the cheating.
Colts and the 2003 receivers being roughed up.. now migrated to cheating.

Even they'll forget after a few weeks. Then business as usual.

I didn't vote because I think it will be somewhere between "deny" and "backtrack." For another week a few articles (by Johnny-Come-Latelys) will come out continuing to condemn the Pats & Belichick, then when it falls on deaf ears (hopefully accompanied by another whuppin' by the Pats this weekend), they will switch to backtract.
