Good news. You have only eight LB's listed, so you can add a player to your predicted roster. Overall, the roster probably shakes down much as you outline. You might leave room for one or two additions from other teams.
Plus injuries--like the one to T. Jones--may factor in.

Even fully healthy, it's hard to imagine Tebucky making this team at Gay's expense.

And get rid of Klecko and pick up another LB or DB.

Other than that, it's hard to argue with it, although unless Cobbs can return kicks, I'm not sure we keep him on the 53. Maybe a premium $ PS contract?

And 24 + 25 + 3 = 52 so you can actually add 2 players.

I also believe Gay will make the roster over Tebucky.

I would love to see Cobbs make it. Evans didn´t play very well last night but has looked better in other games plus he has more experience. But Cobbs should male the roster over Evans.

More good news 24+25+3=52 players

Darn, you beat me to it. :D

I can't see Alexander on the roster, R Gay also. I don't think Woods makes it to PS he is showing a lot, I would like to see him earn a roster spot. Mincey to PS? Not sure Klecko makes it. Hill to PUP or IR? Le K Smith PS? Thomas to PS?

Tough decisions. We're gonna have a real good team.

Pretty good prediction. I would pick Gay over C. Scott though.

1. I would keep Gay over Jones or C. Scott

2. Keep Cobbs...even if we wanted to sign him to the PS, doesn't he have to clear waivers???

OFFENSE
1. I think that the injuries to Tebucky Jones and Guss Jones have allowed us to go back to 24 offensive players, which is fine.
2. I think Evans is making this team, even if he is only holding a spot for Pass.
3. We should keep Pass on the PUP list.
----------------------------------------
DEFENSE
Woods could beat out Mincey; Alexander and Klecko are still not likely to make the team, although they become more likely each day. We need another special teamer or two. Beisel could still make it as a Ster, or we could bring in someone from another team. I like Thomas better than Klecko, but that isn't saying much.

BOTTOM LINE
--------------
I'd keep Evans over Cobbs.
If you want to give Cobbs a spot, give him Klecko's.

My take on the roster.

QB (2): Brady, Cassel
RB (4): Dillon, Maroney, Faulk, Evans
WR (5): Branch, Brown, Jackson, Caldwell, Childress
TE (4): Watson, Graham, Thomas, Mills
OL (9): Light, Mankins, Koppen, Neal, O'Callaghan, Kaczur, Hochstein, Stevenson, Britt

DL (7): Seymour, Wilfork, Warren, Green, Wright, Sullivan, Kleko
LB (10): Colvin, Bruschi, Seau, Vrabel, TBC, Gardner, Izzo, Alexander, Davis, Mincey
DB (9): Hobbs, Wilson, Samuel, Harrison, Sanders, Hawkins, Gay, Andrews, Jones

ST (3): Gostowski, Miller, Paxton

Tough call #1: Evans sover Cobbs and Pass. Cobbs looks like a servicable backup back,
but Evans blocking ability stands out. Pass is beaten out by a better blocker (Evans)
and a better reveiver (Mills).

Tough Call #2: Jones over C Scott. I like Scott's veteran presence, but he's no more
than a quarter defensive back on this depth chart, and Jones has greater value for
his special teams play.
