Who will win the AFC West, then post how you think they will finish.

My prediction

Denver Broncos
San Diego Chargers
Oakland Raiders
Kansas City Chiefs

Denver
San Deigo
The Raidaaaahrs
Ty Law

Denver-Norv Turner will end up gift-wrapping the division crown to the Donkeys

Denver-Norv Turner will end up gift-wrapping the division crown to the Donkeys

That, of course, could happen. It is, after all, Norv Turner!

However, in recent seasons, the Broncos have increasing novel ways of shooting themselves in the foot and finishing off their season in something than less than spectacular fashion.

So it looks like - who's going to give it away first (and last)?

My money says San Diego backs into it.

Just my 2 cents....

Denver Broncos
San Diego Chargers
Oakland Raiders
Kansas City Chiefs

The Chargers on talent alone. Lots of changes in the coaching staff, which might hurth them come playoff time, but they take the division easy.

All of the above is wishful thinking and I have no problem with it.:D

In your mind if not your hearts Pats Fans already know who will win the AFC West just like we know in both our hearts and minds who will win the the AFC East.;)

See you on September 16th.:)

Denver's defensive line is made up of 3 rookies and a guy they signed yeaterday.

San Diego's running game is better

San Diego's offensive line is better.

San Diego's linebackers are better.

The only positions where Denver gets an edge are defensive backs (huge edge) and #1 WR. Otherwise, San Diego's talent wipes Denver's out.

Plus, the majority of their team has been together now 3-4 years. A unit that talented and that cohesive will win in spite of Norv Turner's coaching.

Well, from September through December anyway.

I THINK it's the Chargers... but I HOPE it ISN'T the Broncos... I can't be the only one that dreads playing them.. home/away... it doesn't seem to matter... they just play us well! Too well... the long snap safety was a thing of genius... but it still made me ill at the time (that we'd even have to do that!)... on paper, we're better... but boy is Shannahan (sp?) an underrated coach IMHO.
