Thats great news, now that they know how to deal with those leaks they should start drilling wherever the oil is, The World Runs On Oil.

Solar Heat, Nuke, Windmills, Wood, Coal all should be options but never ever get rid of OIl.

Oil runs practically everything that runs.

WHY DO LIBERALS HATE OIL COMPANY'S?

WHY DON'T THEY HATE FURNITURE COMPANY'S

Because the fuel they manufacture is the cause of probably 80% of the worlds wars, pollution and problems. The CAN fix it....but don't.

Why? because its not to the benefit of the stockholders, it only benefits dumb things like "mankind"

When war, pollution, death and famine come from "furniture"... and the makers of wicker chairs are witholding the tech that could solve all of that to make more money..we can talk.

If it takes 100 days to plug a whole, I don't think that tech you want so bad exists.

    Really glad to hear this..

Before they start again, the oil companies need to have in place a system to prevent this type of disaster...

They also need to inspect the 6500 well heads in the Gulf of Mexico...

It seems as though we have shown terrorists our vulnerability..

talk about simplifying and spinning it...come on?

The fact that they were able to stop a gushing oil leak that was a mile deep in ocean water with pressure thet would crush most submarines. the pressure is 150x that of the surface.

They had ZERO response backup plans. They improvised and were able to plug the gusher in less than 100 days.

    I'd say thats fukcing OUTSTANDING.

aslo, you might wanna look into the scientists, government officials etc who they paid to say what they wanted and or keep their mouths shut.

I'd say BP is QUITE powerful.
