Great win today....very impressed with Taylor Price, and Hoyer has a gun of an arm.

For: Waiting list members.....any idea when playoff tickets are going on sale to us? Thanks in advance.

I thought that play-off tickets went on sale 2 weeks ago?

I have not yet received an email (yet I do for Taylor Swift tickets, and all this other crap) and called the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office on Wednesday and they said they didn't know when the tickets would go on sale to the waiting list yet.

They are already on sites like stubhub etc. I've already eyed some afc championship tickets should they make it. Just need to ante up

Just looked on have the tickets for the Patriots divisional game as going on sale this Friday, 1/7, @ 12:00 to the general public...But, nothing listed about the AFC Championship game or presale for the waiting list members...Think it is possible the Patriots won't have a presale for waiting list members this year?

The extra tickets went on sale today for season ticket holders. I bought 2 in the mezzanine :) I'm not sure about the waiting list, but I'd guess you're up next.

Those of you on "The List", could you let the general public know how things went for you during your ticket sales window for the playoffs?

I was hoping to try my hand at getting tickets for the general public sale on Friday... but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Also, for those on "The List", I was thinking of joining just to ensure I get an earlier shot at regular season single-tickets, can anyone share their success in getting tickets to games they want... or am I better off trying to obtain tickets with the rest of the general public?

I'm on the list, and I, overall, have had success getting tickets to any game I've wanted during the past two seasons. This season was considerably harder to find ticket for certain games (Baltimore and Indy especially) but if you scour the TicketExchange enough, you'll definitely find tickets for pretty much any game. A good example is the upcoming division game. Tickets are available on the exchange, however, I've only seen about two pop up in the last 24 hours. A lot of factors go into each game (demand, opponent, weather, etc.) but I would definitely recommend getting on the wait list.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Just two more follow-up questions:

    1) During the single-game tickets pre-sale, do you find much success in getting seats to high profile games? Last year, during the general public sale, I was able to get just Standing Room Only when tickets went on sale to the general public. I really wanted seats, so I had to pay $250 for a pair of tix to the vikes game (last row of the upper deck).

    2) You mentioned the ticketexchange. Not being a member of the list, I obviously don't have access to the tickets, however, how much more are ticket prices marked up on the ticketexchange? Or are they sold at facevalue?

I can speak to my experience in 2007 getting tickets for the AFCCG.

Someone was kind enough to pass along the password for tix sold to waiting list members (folks, if you can do that again, my email is danastas 2000 at yahoo. com) and I got tix at face value in a really good section. I was quite happy.

I'm sure some tix opened up to the public later on.

When a friend later decided to come along, we found a single ticket directly behind our row on StubHub, and it cost at least 50%-100% more than the face value of the tickets bought from Ticketmaster a few days earlier.

This year the pre-sell for regular season games for wait list members was a 3-game bundle with 1 of those games being a pre-season game...So, as long as you don't mind preseason or are willing to take a loss on those tickets it is worth it.

Yeah, they offered these packages before the season. I'm not much of a fan for preseason games, so I didn't buy one.

As for the prices, they are 10% above face value, plus $1.95 (I think) handling fee per ticket.

The thing that I noticed actually, is that even though they have a 10% mark-up, they end up being a few dollars cheaper than getting them directly from TicketMaster as they don't include all the fees. Although the site is sponsored by TicketMaster, for some reason the fees aren't the same as they are to the public.

The pre-sale for waiting list members, according to Gillette, was supposed to start at noon today. I have not received an email yet, and the game has not yet been opened up like it was last year on Ticketmaster.

I turned down the 3 game package at the beginning of this year, and took my luck with the Season Ticket Exchange. Got tix to Minnesota in section 301, and Indy in section 318 - 4 together on each, in the last 2 days before the game at the face + Ticketmaster charges.

I just received an email with the waiting list member presale password and I am testing it out but it keeps coming up as:

"Sorry, no exact matches were found, but other tickets may still be available."

This is searching any price best available. Are they already gone in 33 minutes?

I was trying 2 tickets at a time, it only works if you look for singles.
