Here is my guess of how the playoffs unfold:

Wildcard
Arizona @ Atlanta - Atlanta
Baltimore @Pittsburgh - Pitt
Detroit @ Dallas - Dallas
Cinci @ Indi - Indi

Division
Atlanta @ Seattle - Seattle
Pitt @ Denver - Pitt
Indi@ NE - Pats
Dallas @ GB - Dallas

Conference Championships

Dallas @ Seattle - Seattle
Pitt @ NE - Pats

Super Bowl

Seattle vs. NE - Pats

I usually get about 50% of my predictions right (probably worse this year).

My predictions:

Week 17:

- Atlanta beats Carolina - home team gets the edge
- San Diego beats Kansas City - winning in Arrowhead will be tough, but Chiefs are out
- Green Bay beats Detroit - Packers at home crush the Lions
- Pittsburgh beats Cincinnati - Bengals aren't good enough to win 2 prime time games in a row
- Broncos beat Oakland
- Seattle beats St. Louis
- Arizona beats San Francisco
- Dallas game is irrelevant, but Cowboys beat Redskins
- Indy game is irrelevant, but Colts beat Titans
- Pats game is irrelevant, but Pats beat Bills

Wild Card Week:

AFC:

#1 NE and #2 Denver have a bye

#3 Pittsburgh hosts #6 San Diego
#4 Indy hosts #5 Cincinnati

NFC:

#1 Seattle and #2 Green Bay have a bye

#3 Dallas hosts #6 Detroit
#4 Atlanta hosts #5 Arizona

Come on Mayo, amuse me and pick the playoff winners!

I think SD will make playoffs so id insert them into Balt's spot but I wouldnt change anything. GB and Denver are one and dones waiting to happen.

1. New England
2. Denver
3. Cincinnati
4. Indianapolis
5. Pittsburgh
6. San Diego

1. Seattle
2. Green Bay
3. Dallas
4. Carolina
5. Arizona
6. Detroit

Wild Card
SD
over Cincinnati
Pittsburgh over Indianapolis

Dallas
over Detroit
Arizona over Carolina

Division
New England
over San Diego
Pittsburgh over Denver

Dallas over Green Bay
Seattle over Arizona

Championships
Dallas
over Seattle
New England over Pittsburgh

Super Bowl
New England
over Dallas

Hey, I can be biased can't I?

Patriots vs Cowboys would be record ratings

Come on Mayo, amuse me and pick the playoff winners!

Yes, sir.

Wild Card:

- Detroit over Dallas in an upset.
- Atlanta over Arizona if Drew Stanton is not back; otherwise Arizona over Atlanta

- Cincinnati over Indy
- Pittsburgh over San Diego

Divisional:

- Seattle over Atlanta/Arizona
- Detroit over Green Bay in an upset

- NE over Cincinnati
- Pittsburgh over Denver

Conference Championship:

- Seattle over Detroit
- NE over Pittsburgh

SB:

Can't pick against the Patriots.

Slightly off the intended topic, but can anyone give me a cliff notes version of the NFC playoff possibilities? I don't think I've ever seen a fustercluck like this. Five teams are tied at the top at 11-4, with two different pairs tied for their division lead. Should I just wait until next Sunday and see where the dust settles, or is there a quick and easy "X team wins, X team gets HFA" scenario?

If Seattle wins I believe they clinch home field. The winner of Detroit and greenbay would be the 2 seed. I think Arizona would be the 2 if they win and Seattle loses. That being said if you go to the ESPN playoff machine and make your picks for this weeks games, it will sort everything out

Yes.

Pretty simple, really:

- Seattle gets HFA if they win.
- GB/Detroit winner gets the #2 seed
- Dallas can't get the #2 seed, but they will get the #1 seed if they win and Seattle loses; otherwise they are the #3 seed
- Atlanta/Carolina winner is the #4 seed
- Arizona is the #5 seed if they win
- GB/Detroit loser is the #6 seed if Arizona wins

AFC Wild Card
Pittsburgh (3) over San Diego (6)
Indianapolis (4) over Cincinnati (5) Cincy is more complete, but i will not pick an Andy Dalton led team to pick a playoff game until he wins won

NFC Wild Card
Dallas (3) over Detroit (6)
Atlanta (4) over Arizona( 5) Seeding wise, no upsets. I just can't see ryan lindley or Logan Thomas going to Carolina and Atlanta and winning

AFC Divisional
Denver (2) over Pittsburgh (3) Denver hasn't lost a home game all year, they play with a lot more emotion at home, I don't trust the Pittsburgh Defense
Pats (1) over Indy (4) Pats are just a much better team. Luck will have to have a huge and i mean huge game for Indy to win

NFC Divisional
Seattle (1) over Atlanta (4)
Dallas (3) over Green Bay (2) Dallas goes up there and posesses the ball for 35 minutes, and runs for over 200 yards

Championship Sunday
New England over Denver no explanation needed
Dallas over Seattle- Best game of the year. Dallas O line controls the line of scrimmage on the way to victory
SuperBowl- New England over Dallas. Revis pick late seals the deal.

I predict Seattle in the SB for nfc. Otherwise it's too hard for me to guess who wins games and who loses.
