You can add in the contracts that Branch, Givens, and Patten got.

You could prolly change this to it pays to Play WR with Brady.

That's great stuff--very interesting to see the numbers lined up like that. It's also the kind of thing that the Patriots should play up to prospective free agents........come play w/us for awhile, see how it works out for you.

Ironically the San Francisco Chronicle is working on a similar story on the notion that it pays even more to be a disgruntled injured wide receiver with 3 touchdowns in 2007 who signs with the Raiders.

You could also show the drop off Patten, Givens, and Branch all had after leaving Brady. And the way Moss, Welker, and others numbers have jumped since coming here.

it's as if tom brady and the NEP coaching staff are motivational speakers to get used up/under rated players, to revitalise their playing careers for bigger contracts, then they leave, get their big pay day, then end up being, washed up/ over paid players

With what all these receivers are getting paid, I started feeling bad for Wes Welker. Then I found out that his 5 year $18 mil. contract included a $9 mil. signing bonus. Not bad for an unsung playmaker in Miami that was traded for a second and a seventh. In fact, I think after another year like last year and he will prove to be worth every penny and pick.
