I hope he keeps saying it, again and again and again. He needs to reveal honestly what he believes and what Mr. Obama believes. They need to come clean on their positions in front of America. Americans need to know what they stand for.

Running up an unsustainable national debt to bankrupt our economy and strengthen our enemies is the TRUE seal of Patriotism!

Obama and Biden need to come clean on what their actual agenda is. How MUCH more in taxes is "patriotic" to Joe Biden and Barack Obam-uh-h?? 10% more, 20%, 50%?? How much more to pay for Obama's new world order?? Let's let 'em talk about it. America needs to know.

The idea that those making $250K who live in big cities are wealthy is just stupid. There's at least an argument for those who make in the millions but someone with 2-3 kids living in a major city making $300K; I'm sure that person is not wealthy.

The people that democrat tax lovers want to see go broke are the people that a$s holes like me work for, if I owned a large buisness I'd leave this country and get as far away from those democrat bastards as I could.

DEMOCRATS HATE SUCCESSFUL SELF MADE MEN (EXCEPT SOROS & KENNEDYS) THEY WANT THE GOVERNMENT TO DECIDE HOW MUCH PROFIT YOU MAKE AND THEY WOULD ALSO LIKE TO CONTROL YOUR BOWEL MOVEMENTS.

F-CK THEM AND THEIR TAKES A VILLAGE CRAP.

OBAMA IS A SKUNK AND HIS SPIRITUAL ADVISOR IS A RACIST VERMIN BASTARD

I'm glad that Biden is showing his true colors, and more importantly, that tickets true intentions. People will ultimately decide what they want.

The problem with Biden is that he does not lie well, need to take the republican method.. tell them one thing and then do the other, the dishonest method.. i.e. George Bush campaigned on reduction of the gov't.. look what happened, a bloated amoeba who keeps increasing its responsibilities and costs..

    McCain will continue the tradition..

Psst, FB - - I have news for ya. McCain will raise taxes.

Many people fell for the "Read my lips...." crap from #41 during the 1988 campaign. McCain is cut more from that cloth of Moderate Republican - - he's not the wild-eyed idiot that #43 is.

$250k is certainly well to do, but I agree it's not wealthy, especially if you live in an expensive part of the country, have a family to raise, and have an occupation that carries with it various personal and professional expenses.

But, Obama's plan does not increase taxes on people earning that amount of money:

Thank you. You've made my point for me. McCain is NOT #43, never was, and never will be. Now, if you can just get the memo to Paul Begala and the rest of the Dem talking-head spin dokturs, the world will be a much better place for it.

He's only 90% in agreement with #43. To be a true "ditto-head" you must march in lock-step (just ask the prospective Assistant Attorney Generals).

I believe that chart is old as he has stated several times that $250K would be the starting point for increased taxes.

Also that is just income taxes. A lot of people making that money, and less, will have investments which would be taxed at a higher rate. It is misleading and disingenuous to say taxes won't be raised. "Income Taxes" - OK - but, again, I believe the number has lowered since that chart was produced.

    FactCheck.org: More Tax Deceptions

"In fact, Obama's plan promises cuts for middle-income taxpayers and would increase rates only for persons with family incomes above $250,000 or with individual incomes above $200,000."

And regarding the supposed lies, again, remember there is a difference between "raising taxes" and "raising income taxes".

To put it nicely, BULL!!! Obama has said that he will institute the social security tax on income above $250,000K. That's 15.3% (7.65 employer and employee for the self employed) of all that income from $250K-$600K or $53000 more in SS taxes for someone earning $600K.($350K x .153 How can you say that there will be no change in taxes for someone earning $250-$600K????

What Patters does not mention is that Obama is going to let all of the
Bush tax cuts expire at the end of 2010.

Replacing the current tax rates of 10, 15, 25, and 33 percent with the old structure of 15, 28, 31, 36, and 39.6.

This is a tax increase for everyone !
