Do not recall anyone calling Ryan a racist, but his appeal to minorities in general is suspect...

I do however agree with the quote of Icy...

Your right, I don't think anybody on this forum has called him "racist" but I have read in certain other news sources mostly "left wing" that anybody who claims to be conservative, tea party or Republican also must be "racist" many Liberals in todays society truly believe that if you are Not A Left Wing Liberal that automatically makes you A Racist, I would put a lot of the People who work for NBC in that category.

Unfortunately Harry there are those left and right who like to put people in a basket to suit their needs. It would be nice to see both parties gravitate more to the center where most of America resides. Yet we are always discussing the 10-20% that lie on the extreme sides.

I liked some of the fiscal austerity measures called for by the tea party. But I loathe the rest of what they stand for. I do not want religion in my politics at all. I'm not a religion hater but if government is to be for all people religion must be excluded as it has too many variations and view points.

Read something the other day about how Romney does not think that religion enters into our decision making often enough in our political system.. guess he thinks we need more..

They will say what our founding fathers said, which is usually edited, however Washington, Jefferson and Franklin were all Deists.. i.e. they saw god in nature.

Jefferson rewrote the new testament, combining all of the gospels and he left out the immaculate conception and resurection.. interesting to say the least.

Such a victim. Show where that's been said by anyone at NBC or any other mainstream source. If not, give yourself a week off for perpetual intellectual dishonesty.

Or is this where you just punt to unfalsifiable claim by holding tight to "I read it somewherez"...?

When you keep making crap up based on your partisan leanings, Harry, I'm gonna happily hold your tripe accountable.

That being said, IMO, cons are - on average - far more separatist and intolerant of other cultures, yes.
