The Pats did great with Clay Matthews. Wake won't be any problem.
Wake is the real deal. But I trust Brady to call protections to neutralize him.
I don't think people are as fearful of 'Brandon Marshall' after seeing BB's scheme stifle the Dolphins receiver in the first meeting of the season. BM is still a threat but he's not as much of a big play threat, he's more of a short to intermediate guy. The Pats DBs need to step up their play but they can do it. I don't believe that Henne has the accuracy and arm to really torch our D and they have been playing at a higher level lately.
They didn't do such a great job with Wake the first time around. I remember first asking myself, "who the hell is that?" about Wake in the first game, and then, "why can't they block that guy?! He's the only thing they have on defense!!" Hopefully, they've gotten sharper (and granted, now they have Mankins) on blocking guys like this. It would be more than a shame to have Brady taking a lot of hits in a meaningless game.
Wake is definitely a 'somebody'. He leads the NFL in sacks. Wake has really been a huge success story for the Dolphins. He came over from the CFL.
