they will resod center part between yard markers
Got a link? I can't find the mention.

Will it even take? I would think that it would get torn up in the first game.

They did this during a bye week at least once before in the last coupla years, too. That timne the bye was later and the grass didn't take too well.
How's the weather up there? I'll find out myself because I'm going to the next home game against the Colts on 11/5.

Ahhh thanks!

Once the new sod is down, Davey said, the Patriots shouldn't practice there too early, something they did after the early 2004 re-sodding.

"I couldn't stop them," he said.

Heheheee... anybody want to take bets on a repeat "oops we practiced too soon" performance? Belichick isn't going to let the league gardner tell him when he can practice. :D

Sure. The roots will go down faster than Peyton Manning on a good pass rush. ;)

Why am I not surprised? He probably threw the league gardner against a wall while expressing his "concern".
Polian is very fond of vegetables.

Colts president Bill Polian is believed to have expressed concern about the shoddy condition of the Patriots' home field to the league office; the Colts visit New England Nov. 5.

Why am I not surprised:rolleyes: Just another shininng example of why everyone outside of Indy (and espn) hate the entire dolts organization. When will they ever understand that no matter how many "concerns" they have that the NFL acts upon, they still can't win!
