Patriots.com reports the New England Patriots have signed unrestricted free-agent OG Dan Connolly (Jaguars) to their practice squad.

Something different for a change. Don't know much about this guy though.

PFW rated him as the 30th-best tackle, priority FA-type.

NFL Draft Countdown rated him as the 23rd-best tackle.

SI noted his ability to play both sides of the line, and PFW also listed his ability to play OG.

Interesting that Reiss calls him a Center. He must have practiced there, as well, the past two years. Good size and versatility, and better than what was drafted this season.
