I was watching highlights of Rex Grossman on ESPN and it who do I see rushing the passer, but ole number 80. I knew he did everything, but I didn't know he did that.

    #24 Jersey

Yeah, he blitzed at least once - maybe prepping for some OLB work now that there's a hole ;)

Part of the job with that guy. I get the feeling that if they asked him to play linebacker for a couple of series, he'd say OK.

And to think only 18 mos. ago a significant # of posters were all in favor of letting Troy go and showing Jerry Rice the money to lure him out of retirement for one last year. I'll say it once more, Rice was a great wide receiver; Troy Brown is a great football player.

He's done it before, but I enjoyed it when I saw it yesterday, he blitzes, had 1 pass defensed that I saw, I'm sure he got a tackle, his catches, and faked a punt into the end zone - Troy and Vrabes, the three way boys!

Troy Brown has *got* to be on the first team All-Time Patriot team. Canton could do a lot worse than bring him in, too.
