    I don't go to our own beaches because CT residents PACK them. So RI might not be so bad.;)

    Likely. I'm not too impressed with CT beaches, having grown up less than an hour from the Outer Banks. But the best surfing, in my opinion, is Marguerite Beach, Nova Scotia.
