Not unexpected. Ravens are hot and we just lost Moss. I'd actually be really surprised if the majority picked us.

New England coming off a bye week at home, and the Ravens have to guess what way the Patriots O is gonna go without Moss. I think its crazy that they are picking the Ravens.

They are the better team in every position except Quarterback. It's an easy prediction.

The ravens are playing like the best team in the league right now and the patriots have a bunch of question marks, it really shouldn't be that surprising.

Win or lose, this will be a good measuring stick game, if either team wins this game decisively they will probably secure the top power rankings slot, as they should.

What's giving me hope is Wilfork should probably be just a little pissed off after watching himself put on his arse on the first play of the game in the playoffs last year. If he's pissed, everyone else will be pissed :D

Did anyone else see Tom Jackson pick the Pats to beat the Dolphins? I've never once seen him pick the Pats unless we were facing the Bills or a sure-fire bottom-dweller team.

That is a big statement. I would take our TE's, our WR's over every receiver they have except Boldin. Their O-line is nothing to write home about.

We are younger then them at ILB but I love Mayo and Spikes. Clearly Lewis is great, McClain is solid. I would take Chung over any safety that they will have on the field on Sunday. I would also take McCourtey over any of their CB's. Although I hear Webb has been playing well from the Ravens that have stopped by, but I didn't notice him making any plays in the games that I have watched.

So I think you failed to think that through.

When Lewis is one of their Linebackers it makes them all that much better. McClain as of now is greater than Spikes. Chung may be a flash in a pan similar to Meriweather, right now no one should judge him. McCourty has been beat nearly the same amount of times as Butler but that gets ignored. My thoughts are fine on this subject.

I would also take a proven tight end like Heap over Hernandez or Gronk. Boldin and Hosh are a better option than any of our receivers.

Chung will not be a flash in the pan the kid is solid, especially his mental makeup. I would still take McCourty over their CB's. Heap is solid when healthy but Hern provides a lot more flexibility than Heap does. Housh has done nothing since showing up in Baltimore, so I'm not sure where that comes from. Our WR's as a group are a lot better than their WR's.

The only place they have an advantage is at RB and their front 7. But if that constitutes every position in your mind then so be it.

Hoosh caught the game winning TD against a tough Steeler defense. Heap has been solid for a long time so until Hernandez proves his stability I can't take him. McCourty is also benefiting from having some very bad corners on the side of him which lowers any action towards that direction.

They probably forgot Housh was on the field. :D Sorry couldn't resist. I agree Heap has been solid but Baltimore wanted to trade him during the offseason and were about to draft Gronk to replace him. At the very least Heap has that going against him. I like Heap, just to be clear. But again as a whole I would take our TE's over theirs.

I think this will be a very hard fought, close game.

You had a good argument there until you said that Housh is better than Welker.

Boldin is better... Hosh is better than Tate.

    #51 Jersey

If the Patriots are a good team they will win this game. It's that simple.
