Re: Ty Warren Out / Sammy Morris in

Good news/bad news:(

Who's playing D:cool:

Re: Ty Warren Out / Sammy Morris In

Two surprises right there, will post a link once one becomes available.

Re: Ty Warren Out / Sammy Morris in

No Ty????

F*ck sake. Our left side is going to be weak.

Re: Ty Warren Out / Sammy Morris in

Rather have Ty than Morris, to be honest. They're going to try and run the ball and control the clock. So are we, I guess.

Re: Patriots Inactives: Warren, Jordan, Thomas (Morris Active)

Ty Warren out, VERY BAD!

Our offense better have 8 minute drives all game.

Re: Patriots Inactives: Warren, Jordan, Thomas (Morris Active)

Reiss sort of mentioned the possibility...something to look at an hour a go...didn't say he would be out..but hinted a problem...WOW!! NOT good at all.....bad vibes with him out...

Re: Patriots Inactives: Warren, Jordan, Thomas (Morris Active)

So Jarvis Green is starting?

Re: Patriots Inactives: Warren, Jordan, Thomas (Morris Active)

There's no need to panic about not having Ty. Jarvis Green is a starter on most other teams. The D-line will be fine.

Re: Patriots Inactives: Warren, Jordan, L. Sanders, Wheatley (Morris Active)

Now Warren = Not Good. :(

Hopefully Jarvis steps up, but Jets could have a decent day on the ground ...

The hits just keep on coming. The injury bug missed us last year. This is the downside to having an early byeweek, IMO. These guys could sure use one right now.

Well I hope so, especially when it comes to stopping the run, which is not exactly Jarvis's best skill.

Re: Patriots Inactives: Warren, Jordan, Thomas (Morris Active)

Anyone see us playing plenty of 4-3 tonight? Both Mayo and Guyton have experience as 4-3 OLB's, and Vrabel can play DE. Takes the heat off Mike Wright and LeKevin, plus Pierre at OLB.

How healthy is Jarvis, did he play last week I can't recall?

Re: Patriots Inactives: Warren, Jordan, L. Sanders, Wheatley (Morris Active)

Had a feeling Ty would be out after he popped up on the injury report. He was out on the field earlier, too bad he can't go. Pats should be able to get by with Green out there, hopefully Morris and "The Firm" can form a solid tandem and grind this game out. Kevin Faulk is going to be the most important guy on offense I think, converting 3rd downs as a receiver or blocking for Cassel, so it's good he won't have as big a workload as a runner with Morris back.
