NFLN Wilfork and Welker both active

just reported

re: Galloway Inactive; Wilfork & Welker Active (merged)

TERDELL SANDS - active. Wow.

per Reiss on TV: Wilfork and Welker

are both playing today. Galloway is out.

Re: per Reiss on TV: Wilfork and Welker

Obviously Galloway isnt fitting in as well as people though he would. I predicted this after week 2 that Edelman, Welker and Moss would the the primary recievers

Re: Galloway Inactive; Wilfork & Welker Active (merged X 2)

It is either a wake up call for Galloway, or he will be gone by Tuesday.... not sure which.

Re: Pats Inactives: Mayo, Galloway, Brace, Wheatley, BJGE, Simmons, Ohrnberger, Locke

You'd think that a 33 year veteran would be able to learn the passing tree...

Re: Pats Inactives: Mayo, Galloway, Brace, Wheatley, BJGE, Simmons, Ohrnberger, Locke

i think this is BBs version of a smack to Galloways face

Re: Galloway Inactive; Wilfork & Welker Active (merged)

Except for Mayo, this is the list we should expect to be inactive almost always. Sure, I suppose that I'd like to have Wheatley available for the colts and the saints.

Simmons, Ohrnberger, Wheatley and Brace are depth for 2010, and could compete for lots of reps then.

Lockett and Green-Ellis are emergency backups.

And Galloway is in the dog house. I guess Watson and Baker are streching the filed opposite Moss.

Re: per Reiss on TV: Wilfork and Welker

Watson and Baker are much more the primary receivers than Edelman.

Brady can't count on Galloway. Glad to see him off the field.

I'm sure the Ravens could have him for, say, a second-round draft pick. :D

Guess there's more to a receiver corps than picking the five fastest guys, huh?

As much as they've tried to "stretch the field" it remains 120 yards by 160 feet.:D
