Pats call up non smurf WR Kamar Aiken to 53-man roster

What's the under and over on his reps on offense before the last couple series of garbage time? I don't think he'll play unless we sit Welker, Lloyd or Branch.

I highly doubt we'd see him otherwise, but managing those players' time is going to be important, especially for Welker who has been somewhat banged up for awhile IIRC.

Imagine if it somehow worked out well though, and he and Brady hooked up on a few throws, that would be wonderful.

4.45 40 time. I think that makes him our fastest non-Slater receiving option.

So basically our fastest receiver that can actually catch the ball.

About the only times that's worked out at WR have been guys who've changed positions -- Givens and Edelman. Ditto TE, actually.

He'll be cut next week when Cunningham comes back.

He's not good enough to stay on the 53 but able enough to play in an emergency against jax.

Probably pass through waivers and return the week after.
