I love this signing! Galloway will bring speed and size and great hands. But even though he is older he will not have to do much to get open with Moss and Welker out there with him.

seriously....we might trade 2 of our 2nd rounders this year for firsts next year and 3rd or 4ths this year. theres going to be some heavy competition on our team in training camp

New England has clearly established itself as the place to go for players who aren't getting what they want on the free agent market.

Play with the best for a year. Maybe win a ring. Then earn major bucks in free agency.

The New England Patriots have signed former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Joey Galloway to a one-year contract, according to Steve Duemig of WDAE in Tampa.

In four starts last season, Galloway caught 13 passes for 138 yards. In 2007, he caught 57 passes for 1,014 yards and six touchdowns.

According to NFL.com, Galloway has registered 682 career receptions for 10,710 yards and 77 touchdowns in 14 NFL seasons.

Moss Welker Galloway, and Oh Lewis...Just Wow

With Tom Brady back at QB, and all these weapons, not to mention Baker, the Dan Graham style blocking TE, to go with Taylor, Morris and Faulk, are you kidding me with this offense?

We might see this team outdo the 2007 team in terms of offensive production.

I guess they see Galloway as a potential 3rd WR opposite Moss.. Someone who can run those intermediate routes..

Unbelievable...Belichik is taking no prisoners, and seems to be doing just fine without Pioli.

I have no doubt Taylor or Peppers will be here soon.
