For some reason I think our tightends weren't as good as they had the potential to be.

So basically our offense sucked.


Except it didn't. I think this shows people like to look at the glass as half empty.

522 points in the 2004 season is the record. The second best is the 1996 season with 487. 2006 comes a close third with 480 on the year.

Ok that really changed the numbers for me. If that had been 522 points in 16 games the avg would be 32 ppg!! Including the 3 playoff games, it drops it to 27 ppg. Do I think the 2007 Pats have a chance to score more than 27 ppg? Yes, I think we do have a chance to threaten that mark.

Our Offensive Coordinator is a wet behind the ears, smart mouth kid, way in over his head... A total incompetent !! What was Belichick thinking?!;) :p
