Asomounga (sp) would be my favorite on that list.

the guy is awesome.

I saw a report about a week ago, I think it was Shefter reporting it, that the Raiders were going to franchise Asomugha.

As long as we are not going after:

The ghost of Eugene Chung
The ghost of Ed Ellis
The ghost of Greg McMurtry
The ghost of Max Lane
The ghost of Reggie Dupard
The ghost of Duane Starks

etc...

That's quite a list of ghostly patriots you have there!:D

How about the ghost of Odell Lawson?

Zach Thomas MLB Miami Dolphins - Concussions prone.. Bring him in for min salary

Marty Booker WR Miami Dolphins -

Ty Law CB Kansas City Chiefs - Minium amt of money, I'd bring him in

Terrell Suggs LB Baltimore Ravens - He's Franchised so forget it

Nnadmi Asomugha CB Oakland Raiders - He's Franchised so forget it

Chad Johnson WR Cincinnati Bengals - The real reason why he's pissed isn't any except the fact he wants a new contract and SERIOUS money..

Ty Law is to slow for CB, we don't need him at FS either.

Thomas? I think he'd be good.

Suggs would be my fav. but no chance.

gotta make that trade for ed reed

lol yeah, i was making it up

gotta make that trade for ed reed
It can be done. Swap 1 st rounder for their second and one of our O Line guys (Kaczur) Throw in Sanders. I would in a second.

I don't get the Marty Booker thing either...

Could Ocho Cinco and Moss exist on the same team?

Could Ocho Cinco and Moss exist on the same team?

That's more a question for Chad. Because Moss would probably appreciate the lack of double teams.

Yeah but remember it's the Raiders, so Al Davis may decide not to at the last minute......With them anything's possible....

Who's Baltimore coveting at QB this year?
I know they're rumored to be interested in Mcnabb, but it doesn't look like Philly is pulling that trigger?

Baltimore's defense is at that win now, because we're not getting any better stage, so if Baltimore embarks on a short term rebuilding process, I could see them sacrificing Ed Reed for a good draft pick.

Ed Reed, Rodney, and Merriweather in the same backfield would be fun.

Rumor :): Atlanta will trade for PATs' Gutierrez
(exPATs GM is very impressed with him)

of all those possible acquisitions, for some reason the one that intrigues me the most for some reason is Chad Johnson, and that would make the least sense for the Patriots

realistically, I would like to see the Pats end up with Thomas and Law

my wish list is:
asoumugha
ocho cinco

draft gholston and goff

Chad Johnson to the Patriots would be the biggest waste of cap space in the history of the NFL.

I put this on another thread, but Moss on one side, Welker in the slot, and Muhsin Muhammad on the other side. Gaffney and Chad Jackson as the 4/5. That would be pretty awesome.
