Patriots re-sign Marques Murrell

Maybe Attiyeh didn't work out.

I expect the signing to be either Pierre Woods, Shawn Crable or Marques Murrell, but you would think the local sports guys would easily spot Woods or Crable.

I expect the signing to be either Pierre Woods, Shawn Crable or Marques Murrell, but you would think the local sports guys would easily spot Woods or Crable.

Crable is on Jets PS, Woods is w/Bills so he can't sign with another team till March.

I also believe the Pats have a 7-day roster exemption for Spike so maybe a move is not necessary??

Correct, Reiss just said there is a roster exemption. This could be nothing more than an extended tryout.
