I see the show is moving from WCVB (ABC Boston) to WBZ (CBS Boston), beginning tonight.

Saw a preview of BB discussing the Cassel trade.

Wonder if Lynchie went with the show?

Re-airs Sunday morning on 38

I doubt Lynchie could do that, unless his contract was up or he quit. I really liked his show. Steve Burton would prob take over that show now on WBz. I know Steve is very well liked at the stadium both from the players and the Kraft family. ( as was mike also). They are both pro's and very fan friendly.

Nope, Lynch was devastated at the loss but he remains Channel 5's Sports anchor.

I think they had to make the move in part because of their partnership with CBS that extends into Patriots Place and also because Channel 5 here could not seem to accommodate the schedule due to it's Saturday college football committment that almost always overran All Access until the college season ended in December. That could not have made advertising partners happy. I know it pissed off viewers royally...

I'm pissed. I didn't like the overruns, but I caught the whole show on the late night rerun. And I liked the way Lynch and Belichick discussed things. You could see BB was comfortable with Lynch.

Oh, GOD! We're not getting Felger, are we?

Please, no!

Patriots All Access debuts this Friday

Patriots All Access kicks off its 13th season on Friday, March 13 at 7 p.m. on WBZ-TV and will be replayed Sunday, March 15 at 10 a.m. on TV38.

Boston, Mass. - Tuesday, March 10, 2009 - "Patriots All Access" will kick off its 13th season on Friday the 13th when it debuts at its new home, WBZ-TV and TV38. WBZ-TV Sports Anchor Steve Burton will host the first off-season installment of "Patriots All Access" on Friday, March 13 at 7 p.m. on WBZ-TV, beginning a new era for the best and most in-depth Patriots program in New England. "Patriots-All Access" will re-air on Sunday, March 15 at 10 a.m. on TV38 (WSBK-TV).

The first "Patriots All Access" on WBZ-TV and TV38 will feature:

* WBZ-TV Sports Reporter Dan Roche examining a whirlwind of offseason activity for the team, as multiple trades and free agency acquisitions have begun to shape the 2009 Patriots.
* Former Patriots quarterback Scott Zolak sitting down with the Patriots' new senior football advisor, Floyd Reese, to discuss the offseason and the upcoming NFL Draft.
* WBZ-TV Sports Reporter Alice Cook kicking off a season-long Patriots 50th Anniversary celebration by unveiling the first in a series of Top 10 lists with the "Top 10 Personnel Moves in Franchise History."
* Patriots defensive lineman Jarvis Green escorting a group of Foxboro High School seniors on their school vacation to his home state of Louisiana to help rebuild a town damaged by Hurricane Katrina.

"I am thrilled to begin a new chapter with WBZ-TV as ‘All Access' begins its 13th year," said Matt Smith, executive producer of Kraft Sports Productions. "This is an extension of an already fabulous relationship between the organization and WBZ. Patriots fans will not want to miss a minute, as the WBZ-TV sports team brings a unique and fresh perspective to the show."

Boston's WBZ-TV and TV38 are part of CBS Television Stations, a division of CBS Corporation.

Losing Lynch and keeping Zolak. Two bad developments. :(

Weak program -- except for a segment with Jarvis and some Foxboro teenagers in his home town, Donaldsonville, Louisiana. :rocker:

I will see it tomorrow...Not a Lynch fan although he did a GREAT job on the show.. so will see if anyone steps it up..on 4....Roche could be good with time. One thing is that the exec producer is the same...so the show will be similar with new faces..

Yes, it was similar -- somewhat tacky set, amateurish presentation, but not as relaxed and humorous as the Lynch-hosted shows.

Well how long has Lynch been doing it?? Give them time..as I said..I thought Lynch was really wonderful..even though I do not like him. ..but I would not expect the first show to be like the XXXXth that was on 5...they got in a groove and it worked. I'll see it tomorrow..and hope that in time it will improve.

Oh, sure, it may get better and I'll watch it anyway. But it has to be said that it wasn't very good.

I don't have high hopes since Burton is something of an ass (he's the one who had to ask the marriage/engagement question at Tom's first real PC since the injury and drove Ty to the airport with cameras running when he left so we could share his exclusive in depth feelings). Roche is Mr. Red Sox...he doesn't get the Foxboro vibe. Zolak on air is just a buffoon. For as good as the Kraft Group is at running a franchise they are horrendous when it comes to running their media operations...

But I'll watch it because it's there...

Would have been worse if Lobel was still around...

I thought you were talking about the NFL network's all access.

I just wasted an hour watching a horrible show about the Bengals.

Rod Woodson is so yellow, he will not call out anybody, not even Chad Johnson.

Maybe it will get better when McGinest replaces Faulk!

Lynch did an excellent job on this show as a homer, which is what you want. I loved the first 3 minutes when they had sound over to the bench and in the locker room. If they can expand that segment, that would be cool.

What I don't like all ready is that they put the Sunday show on 38 a station that I can't get here in Maine. They do that with the 5th quarter after the games.

Memo to Patriots.

Number 1. You produce the show: it should be easy for you to make sure that you have competent and sympathetic reporters involved.

Number 2. Put the thing on the web site. OK, leave it for a day or two after the original broadcast if you must, but you have fans around the country and around the globe. Will your advertisers mind? I don't think so!
