Brady's from CA I believe.

You are correct sir...

I have updated accordingly!

Amazing, though, ain't it...

60% of the roster from 5 states!

Without looking closely, i'd imagine they're almost all big-school college players.
i seem to recall that a goodly percentage of Dolts players are from small schools esp. HBCUs.
Anyway,
Any new Englanders at all?
How many Samoans?
What about FLORIDA?

yes i am old and senile. senior membership doess not imply that, but just for ze record.....
ahm a native Texan, stranded up here in new england. i read very well when i left the lone star state, home of the yellow rose and the tyler rose.
any deficiencies in my literary skills are to be attributed to these effete liberal snobs up here. ah believe one year up here results in the loss of 1 IQ point. ah've been up here for 37 years, so.....
now, whippersnapper, what's your home address/
me and muh colt .45 (BTW made in hartford CT) would like to pay yuh a visit.
NOW, what about new englanders? what about Samoans?
or did that slip below the line or your bifocals?

Oh, college football and the south...

Now, college football and the north outside of the midwest is, well, second-fiddle to almost every other sport.

But at least you linked it to the Pats. Otherwise, I have no care whatsoever for anything college football.

That's your loss then. I can't really blame you though, due to the north(east)'s lack of powerhouse programs. I mean the best y'all got up there is BC and they can barely crack the Top 25. :D

Maybe we can get a big Vermont State-Univ. of New Hampshire rivalry going.

There's quite a few Patriots from Dixie (Ala. Miss. La. SC. Georgia).

Wesley Britt
Kevin Faulk
Randall Gay
Stephen Gostkowski
Jarvis Green
Marquise Hill
Patrick Pass
Le Kevin Smith
Ben Watson

Mel Mitchell is from Florida.

I guess eating all that deep fried Southern food makes you a better Football player! :D

Or I can be completely-politically-incorrect and say maybe Jimmy the Greek was on to something.

Let's talk about that for a minute...

While the northeast may have no schools that could be considered a true "powerhouse", you do have some pretty nice and succesful programs, including:

Boston College
Virginia Tech
Penn State
Syracuse
Not to mention a LARGE contingent of Boston (read: Southie Irish) Notre Dame backers!

Try and give college ball another try...you're missing a lot of great action on Saturdays!

Could be those sweet Southern Belles getting us "up" for gameday, too!

Seriously, I think the south has better athletes in soccer, baseball and football for a very obvious reason - the kids can play and train year round. No shutting it down for 4-5 months in the winter...

Although that doesn't account for the strong football that comes out of Western PA & Ohio.

Jimmy the Greek was DEFINITELY on to something.

He just shared it in the wrong forum.
