I'd take him in the fourth. His downside might be a better Matt Slater. His upside could be Josh Cribbs (another college QB, IIRC) The big argument against him, I think, is his fragility. If he starts getting 4-8 plays per game as a returner, slot receiver, or running some kind of option, he might not be around to see the end of his contract. However, it would be nice to save a roster spot if he's an upgrade over Gutierrez.
