That's a tough call, lots of great QBs in history. I would put Elway and Marino ahead of him. Also would put Unitas and Steve Young ahead of Staubach. Tough to rate QBs from different eras, but Staubach and Bradshaw are definitely in my top 10 (top 15 ?).Staubach IMO is the 3rd best of all time (in recent football history) just behind Brady/Montana.
He simply had the bad luck to play his career in the buzzsaw that was the 1970s. Steelers/Dolphins/ect... So many amazing teams.
Unlike those teams though he was a big time driving force to his own teams success.
