Brady, Bridget in throes of love!
    By Herald wire services
    Monday, October 2, 2006 - Updated: 02:06 AM EST

New England Patriots QB/QT Tom Brady and his lady, “Six Degrees†star Bridget Moynahan must be veddy serious. Because No. 12 has just shelled out $14.5 million for a luxe crib in the Big Apple where, as you know, his inamorata shoots her new ABC drama.

The three-time Super Bowl champ, who beds down in Boston’s Back Bay, has scored a seven-room condo on the 70th floor of the oh-so-posh Time Warner Center, the New York Post reported yesterday.

The chi-chi-crib in the North Tower sports three bedrooms, 3 baths and 12-foot ceilings, according to Sothebys. All rooms have sweeping views of Central Park. Those all-important concierge services are available as well as room service from the Mandarin Oriental hotel that is located 20 floors below.

In July, the Post reported that Brady and Bridgie were condo shopping and that Brady was working with a mere $15 million budget. No. 12 was seen a few days later sans Moynahan, but with a ravishing blonde - checking out another downtown condo at 55 Wall St.

BTW, Brady isn’t the only Patriot who has pined to become a Big Apple res. Big boss Robert Kraft reportedly spent more than $14.5 mil for his still-under-construction condo at The Plaza. Robert’s best bud, real estate baron Donald Trump, is the developer.

    File Under: Home Sweet Homes.

They're paying this guy WAY too much money! He should be sleeping on a sofa in the film room at Foxborough. :D

I woulda thought Tommy had more sense than to buy a condo that costs over two million dollars per room.

    #11 Jersey

It may sound silly, but yes. Having once worked on the 96th floor of a building, it's absolutely miserable. Multiple elevators, and if you just want to nip outside for a second it takes 10 minutes. Over the course of months and years you slowly grow claustrophobic. I would never, ever live on the 70th floor, regardless of the luxury of the space.

I'd agree. Those who lived through the great depression must be turning over in their graves.

It's purely an investment. He can turn around and flip it for probably 3-5 million more than he paid for it. Who wouldn't want to live in Tom Brady's former residence? You'll see, he will do this all over the country and then next summer in China!

Maybe that is why he was having bad "body language" last week.

He must have been pissed-off having to spend all those money on the woman.
