I've too much time on my hands today. So I just said I'd do up a list of postseaon ratings for QBs in the years they won the superbowl for the last 25 years.

The highest postseason rating belongs to Joe Montana with a sick 146.4 rating in the 1989 season.
The lowest belongs to Peyton Manning with a very poor 70.5 rating in the 2006 season.

Drew Brees 117
Ben Roethlisberger 91.6
Eli Manning 95.7
Peyton Manning 70.5
Ben Roethlisberger 101.7
