It's easy, and only takes a few moments. This guy never finished a job except in NY when BB had his back.... unbelievable.. NYG, Dallas, Miami and now Cleveland... when will folks learn that the only loyalty he has is to the dollar.

With the Browns still searching for a new leader of the franchise's football operations and Dolphins V.P. of football operations Bill Parcells free to cash out the rest of his contract and leave for another gig at any time, it was inevitable that Parcells' name would emerge as a candidate for the job in Cleveland.
And, per a league source, it has.
Though we've previously heard that Parcells will be back in Miami for the third year of his four-year deal, predictability and Parcells are hardly synonymous. The man is a master at building and capitalizing on leverage, and the 2010 hiring cycle prevents him with a prime opportunity to do so, again.
Tuna "aint" goin anywhere.....
He is in Miami, in control, and making good money and working on a sun tan.
best retirement possibility for him
Tuna leaving for Cleveland= IMPOSSIBLE
Well Cleveland is closer to
Churchhill Downs, Belmont Park, Saratoga, Aqueduct, Keeneland and Arlington Park in Illinois than Miami is.
Parcells is probably tired of Gulfstream and Calder by now.

True, but I think finishing the job means actually winning a Super Bowl, which he only did with 1 team. And he had a little help from Bill Belichick for those Super Bowls - in fact, he's never won a playoff game without Belichick. IMHO it is easier to take over a horrible team and turn them into a playoff team than it is to take over a playoff team and turn them into a champion.Never finishes a job? In each one of those cases he's taken one of the worst teams in the league and turned them into a playoff contender in 2 or 3 years. Thats what hes there for, to fix 10 years of bad management. And he does that, better than anyone else.

I disagree that winning a Super Bowl is as much about luck as it is about talent. Why? He's better than anyone else at turning a team around. Winning superbowls is as much about luck, staying healthy, etc, as it is about being the best team in football.
I don't think any coach has ever taken a job with the ultimate, final goal being "to get the team competitive." I don't remember Bill Parcells at the podium his first day in Dallas saying "well, we just want to make the playoffs and who cares if we win those playoff games or not?"His job in each of these cases is to get the team competitive. He's done that.
