No timetable on how long he is out yet, but that would be a huge blow to that team if he misses any time. I said before the season the Jets will miss the playoffs and I stand by it. Look at their next 7 games, they play us twice, Buffalo twice (which now looks more difficult than coming into the year), Baltimore, San Diego and a decent Oakland squad. Without Mangold for some of that, they could go lose three or four of those games in that timespan. If the Jets do considerably better in that time, I'll eat crow. While our schedule is equally as tough, and maybe harder, we've fared well against comparable schedules for the past decade.
