Re: Kris Jenkins out for season

Up front let me wish the guy all the best, speedy recovery and all that as I've done my knees and I know the pain

But then I'll enjoy Ryan's Superbowl winners getting weaker. I can't wait to get them into NE

Oh yes... I haven't torn those, but I've had 3 fractured vertebra, 2 ribs, and currently rehabbing a torn left rotator cuff, biceps and deltoid. I know from pain :D

And I can't wait for the Jets* to come up here in the snow......

Re: Kris Jenkins out for season

I know this would never happen, but it would at least be a trade with good players going both ways. That said, I'd like it a bit more if GIANT Ron Brace even sniffed being active on game day.

That's a massive loss for them, but they should've been prepared for it given his injury history.

    No Jersey Selected

I will say the same thing that I said in the Jets-Bills thread yesterday: That's too bad.

And that is about as much sympathy that they will get out of me. I feel bad for Jenkins as a person. It sucks for him that's he's injured again. But as far as that team goes, I don't give a rat's ass. They were the leading fanbase that cackled and howled when Brady was injured last year and still wish for it openly to this day.

Agree completely. I do remember when Brady went down and how all the jest trolls were happy to see him go down. Time to eat your words and enjoy your 6 - 10 season.

Hopefully we can benefit. I can't stand Rex Ryan and the Jets.
Maybe Leon Washington can take a vacation too.

Hey I'll never celebrate a man getting injured. But this is definitely advantageous to our team.

Massive loss to the Jets and the NFL. Despite my utter dislike of the Jets, you never want to see anyone injured, let alone a star. Hate the uniform, not the players.

Well wishes for a speedy recovery.

If Jenkins was capable of playing a full season, he wouldn't have been available for a 3rd and a 5th. They knew what they were getting when they traded for him, and this is it.

That said, I feel bad for the guy and hope he makes as quick a recovery as possible.

Maybe they can trade for a disgruntled DT superstar. Too bad they only have enough cap space for Rex Ryan's lunch.

I was going to say the same thing. The dude is STRONG but big men seem to get hurt a lot. Too much weight is tough for the joints.
