I was a fan of yahoo salary cap football.
They are not running it this year.
Does any other website run the same or similar game?

    Cheers

ESPN does; they call it 'Gridiron Challenge'

ESPN - Gridiron Challenge: This game challenges you to build a rost...

The nice things about salary cap football leagues is that you can have an unlimited number of participants, you can have any player that you want on your team, and you don't get some of the quirks that head-to-head leagues give you (e.g., having the 2nd highest score of the week but losing; one team doesn't set their roster against the team you are competing with for first place, but they do set their roster when they play you; you're not screwed for the season when your first round pick is injured and goes on IR, etc.)
