The pre-game documentary on the rivalry was quite awesome. Too bad the bears O is in bad shape.

Also loved it when Rodney was asked about rivalries in his day. "With the Colts, it was about Xs and Os. But our biggest rival was the Jets. I don't wanna use the word hate cos it's christmas. (screw it) I hate the Jets. We dominated them. Beat them like 10 out of 12 times." :)

If Chicago had a healthy Cutler this might have been an interesting game. Rodgers has struggled against this Bears defense in the past, but even if he has his worst game of the season it should be enough to beat the McCown-led Bears by 10+ points.

True... but nbc did a interview special before this game with rodgers and mccarthy... and according to both rodgers/mccarthy, rodgers has almost complete freedom to change plays as he wants. But its a two-way street, with both MM and AR calling the plays

this game is a terrible barometer iMO for the packers D. I mean which scrub is at QB for the bears again?

I don't get how the packers D is as bad as ours, because when you look at the D they have names everywhere.

The players have to be overrated, Tramon Williams, Woodson, Shields, Peprah, Burnett, Hawk,Raji, Matthews, Bishop, and they're still bad.

Imagine rodgers against the pats defense...it would be brutal. A quick efficient passer would rip them to shreds. Maybe getting to the sb wouldn't be so great if we're going to be humiliated in front of a world wide audience.

And the pack defense is way better than ours, sorry.

Might as well not even try to get to the SB then...Why bother if the Pats can't compete?

rodgers would rip our defense apart... but brady would do the same to the packers D........

Finley is a fine young Tight End but people who champion the position that he creates the same match up problems as Rob Gronkowski need their head examined.

But the pats always start slow which would be a major issue vs GB..hard to come back from 17 down with rodgers behind center....

either way i think GB wins it again...just too good
