    First stat I noticed is that the Pats are 46-48-1 vs. the Jets in regular season over the last 5 decades. This surprised me because the Pats have had 25 winning seasons (+.500) since 1960 while the Jets have had only 15 winning seasons. No surprise that Miami has had the Pats number lifetime 35-47.
    And how about Steve Grogan, my all-time favorite Patriot, the last scrambling QB for the Pats (Flutie doesn't count because he is a midget). Under Grogan, the Pats had the #2 scoring offense in the NFL three times. To this day, I can remember him running a naked bootleg on 4th and short and taking it to the house.
