to the Pats game in Miami in December.

"Sorry, sweets. Can't see ya this weekend. My brother and i are off to South Beach!"

HAHA! The drop kick legacy lives on!

Are you from Maine Box?

I went to Gardiner, for those that don't know Cony and Gardiner have one of the oldest high school football rivalries in the country. Don't tell anyone but my wife went to Cony, sshh!

My home town team just beat Cony in the state HS Girls BB Championship game. We also beat Gardnier, a few years back, for the State Championship in football.

Are there any other posters out there that have beating Cony or Gardnier stories to share?

You are a very funny man. What town are you from? The last time they were in the Football state championship was 1998.

That's about the right year. So, if you know that, you know what town I live in.

I do now I couldn't remember it was two seasons after I graduated. Sanford, but they went in 97 as well and lost to Noble.

It doesn't bother me much, the team I was on beat up noble when we played them. Never played Sanford, but it is almost a given the southern team is going to win every year. The PTC plays vanilla football other then Mt Blue. It is essentially 5-2 Defense and a power I offense with very little passing.
