By: Ian Logue

Here are some links out of Buffalo from their perspective on this week's match-up....

That story reads like they're worried up there.

"The 15 game losing streak means nothing..." "Keep it real against the Patriots...." "Buffalo Bills will give 'em hell..." "Break the spell that Tom Brady has over the Buffalo Bills..." etc.

The Patriots are more in their heads than any string of stories I've ever seen. Almost no statistical comparisons or position-by-position analysis of advantages in certain areas. All a bunch of emotional hooey.

When does the predict the score thread show up? I was going to go with a tight one. If this is the approach, it will be a bigger blowout by the Patriots than we may have expected.

Who cares about last year or any other year? Sunday at Buffalo is about scoring on that defense that let Oakland run up and down, and getting to Fitzpatrick. This week should be all Albert Haynesworth and forcing the Bills to throw underneath with their starting receivers traded or hurt.

We've historically owned Buffalo. Remember 1995? Buffalo won the division, swept the indianapolis colts(whom we couldn't beat in 2 meetings), beat the falcons and panthers(whom both beat us)....yet we swept them, beating them pretty handily each time we faced them. We finished 6-10.

That was an anomoly in the '90's. They usually split, or the Bills swept.

Bills are 40-60 against NE total, and that's including the recent streak. Take away this past decade, and it's been basically even.

Thank god I saved my polyester leisure suit.

Based on the various stories, it appears beating the Raiders in the last seconds is much more impressive than beating San Diego by multiple scores.
