They're trying to wiggle out of their lies and deceit, but the story keeps getting more convoluted and confusing. Hopefully, Fitzgerald knows what the truth is. He has a fine reputation.

Impeachment is warranted whether its the manipulation of pre-war intel, politically motivated leak of CIA assets, or circumventing FISA....

Not saying it will happen, but each of these is more serious than lying about a BJ.

Of course it's warranted, but with the GOP in power, it's going to probably take W. doing body shots off Condoleeza, wiping his ass with the Flag, pissing on a statue of the Virgin Mary, and personally shooting US soldiers before we get to impeachment.

Besides, with our 3 billion/week habit in Iraq, I don't know if the country could afford an impeachment and keep the Almighty tax cuts in place.

I don't know that I would be seeing such a rosy picture, reading this article, if I were a Republican.

"...Any argument by the government that the case involves only Libby and Cheney's office ``is a fairy tale,'' said the 26-page document filed by Libby's lawyers. ``Mr. Libby's actions were authorized at the highest levels of the executive branch.''

Bolded should be cause for concern. Of course, if the POTUS does something, then its not illegal.
