    Well, considering who is your team's head coach, you should be an expert who is a rat.

    And, by the very same token a cheater is a cheater and since the Jets did get busted. We all know what that means, since we so recently went through it ourselves.

    Everything this season for the JETS must be tagged with the dreaded asterisk. That's right folks. It's official;

    NY JETS = 0-2*

    Amid the ESPN - "don't be surprised if BB doesn't last the season" my prediction is that Belichick is coaching the Patriots long after Manjudas has been fired by the Jets.

    And once he's fired, how many team owners do you think will want to bring him into their organization, knowing that any and every organizational secret will be shared with the media and/or his next organization? No, I wouldn't expect he's going to have a lot of offers. More than likely he'll wind up going into the NFL's Witness Relocation Program working as a scout for Austrailian Rules Football down under.

    Frankly, if the Jets are smart, they'll send him packing before he picks up any more dirt to use against Tannenbaum and the owners of the Jets, and he might be the one not to make it through this season.

    The fact is, Mangini's a cheater too, since he did what he accused BB of when he was here. So if BB's a cheater, Manjudas is a cheater AND a Rat.

    And the bottom line is that once he's done with his stint as HC of the NYJ, his NFL career is over.

    What about working with the glorious angel on high, Dungy? (soft angel voices spreading good cheer heard from the distance)

    I do think that in the long run, this whole thing could end up worse for Mangini than Belichick. Belichick will have this hanging over his head for the rest of his life, but that doesn't change him from being a great coach and talent evaluator and I doubt it will keep him out of the HOF.

    Mangini, on the other hand, may not be the coach he has been dubbed after one season. I think people are realizing they had a lot of good breaks against some bad teams to get into the playoffs. I could see the Jets having a losing season this year and potentially Mangini being out of New York in a couple of years. As you say, Mangini may never get another DC job (besides, what has he done at DC except have arguably one of the worst defenses in Belichick's Patriots' history?).
