On a level playing field, is BB even BETTER than he was before?

What Badell did is supposed to level the playing field in theory and eliminate all forms of "cheating". I know that everyone videotaped before but nobody in their right mind would try to tape anything or put mics on defensive players after all this fuss.

I was thinking about how everyone did this before and BB was clearly the best coach in the league. Now that Nobody can do this, is the gap between BB and the rest of the nfl coaches even bigger?

If that's true, i guess that's one positive that this whole crapfest has caused.
