This is like John Kerry redux ... too many DUH!!!! moments.

Obama may gaffe here and there but his campaign has a hierarchy of control at least. Some romney people just shoot from the hip ... no pun intended.

Obama is a gaffe machine, as to his henchpersons they just lie through their teeth, like Cutter denying knowledge of who the guy in the ad was until someone dug up a conference call with reporters a few months ago that she hosted that featured the guy in the ad. The WH is walking this back and the MS won't persue it.

Romney's kid did screw up. However the only relevant thing is that ROmney has publicly committed to repealing Obamacare on day 1.

Do you fail to see the irony in that, 13?

The one thing Romney's "kid" points out that would have saved a woman's life - and Romney vows to repeal it on Day 1.

And you think she screwed up.

No, nobody's losing the election now. Two mediocre candidates means an unspectacular result.

"You didnt build that" has already lost Obie the election. Its still being talked about where I live and hard working folks cannot believe he actually said that. Well, they sorta can because thats how Obama thinks. Everything is up for grabs.

It will come back to bite Obie in the axx.

WTF does that even mean, "the US is going to crap?"

You're in the best fukin country in the world to be born in. You couldn't be luckier. And if you happen to be white and male in America, well damn son, you just won the lottery.

For 99% of history/places you didn't complain that breakfast was a little on the cold side but lunch and dinner were okay... you jumped for joy because you actually got them all.

We vote for our leaders, and they only very rarely bust into our houses and have us arrested -- at least relative to other countries. Crime and violent crime have been on the decline since the late 70s (regardless of all the idiots telling you that however afraid you are, you should be more afraid.)

Before you came down the chute, my friend, we had World War II, where you actually went to a war where were weren't head-and-shoulders above everybody in technology, and Americans died in the hundreds of thousands.... not the thousands, as today. We had apartheid domestically. We had hunger, and we had a million other things you and I would be horrified by.

And now "the country is going to crap," why exactly? Because we won the AFC championship but not the super bowl one year? Sorry, whoops, that's why the Patriots are going to crap, not the country.

Whatever the politics the least we can do is have enough perspective to recognize how fu(kin good we have it. People who don't realize that, risk flushing it all down the tubes for no reason other than boredom.

I'm with the leftist on this one.

Romney spokeman couldn't have been any more fxckin dumb than to say."Well if he lived in Ma. he would have had Romneycare"
How fxckin stupid could she possibly be. Here romney has been running away from Romney care for the last 11 months or so. And she accepts the premise of the lie that it was Bain capitals fault that the woman died of cancer because of lack of healthcare. Then says Romneycare/ Obamacare would have saved her.But this stands to reason for the stupid biatches comments she worked in the McCain campaign.
    F'n stupid,stupid,Stupid!!!

I think someone can feel the US is going to crap (maybe at a "micro" (for lack of a better term) level) while still recognizing that by and large, there is no place like home.

I think our society has developed traits by large swaths of the population which other parts of society look at and just shake their head. I put it down to a dumbing down of society and society/government placating to the lowest common denominator; which admittedly changes its stripes depending on who's running the joint.

Having said that, from the eyes of this reader, who had the fantastic opportunity to live in another country, and visit countless others, this is fricken Disney Land.

I would usually say those two ideas go together, but as we've seen, guns and vigilantism are a vital part of implementing Shari'a Law.

Therefore, elect Obama, and you get to keep your guns!

    Just remember, though...Shari'a Law...

Which is why Obama has not only solidified but increased his lead over Romney in the weeks since the remark was made.

You can tell it isn't having the desired impact because the Romney campaign is left to flat-out lie about Obama re: military vets in Ohio and welfare work requirements. Romney is DOA because the economy isn't tanking as Republicans had hoped and without that, Romney's complete and utter inability to create a positive narrative about himself and his campaign is fatal.

Tht was taken totally out of context, in other words it was a LIE. Something Mitt has been doing for the last year, but the 'liberal' press never calls him on. I'm sure during the debates this and other out right lies will be brought up, then we'll all se the Mitt we know. Mr Romney you said that Prz Obama said that "you didn't build that' if you started a business. We have the complete portion of his speech, and 'you didn't build that " was completely taken out of context. Would you care to explain this......Romney in front of tens of millions of viewers.... Yeah but ah, ah, ah, you know ah, back then i ah thought it was just ah like the rest of ah, ah, (insert plastic smile on Mitts face) i was, i was... unaware of the rest of the sentence, I swear no one told me he said a teacher may have guided you, others built this great country where you can achieve your dream etc. There was an earth quake, locusts, a volcano, some old friends came in from out of town, i had to pick up my socks from the dry cleaner. I swear to God its not my fault, i didn't mean to lie. Yeah, thats the ticket.

in a pigs ass they were taken out of context. he said exactley what he meant and who he is. It was the first time in his presidency he told the truth as he felt it and not read from a script.
Pocagranny said the same thing almost word for word.
The fxckin asswhholes think business can't live without government when the opposite is the truth.

Obama doesn't like America, Michelle admitted she didn't like America either, until they elected her Socialist Communist Husband.

    America is going nuts.

"You Didn't Build That" when I was a democrat the democrats Protected THE WORKING MAN, now that the Far Left Wing Socialists have taken the party over they sh!t all over the common hard working man, the New Democrats don't want the Hard Working Man to run his own life, they want the f-cking government to run his life, they also want that guy that made a success of his little business to support The Winos, Junkies and 12 Million Criminal Illegal Aliens.

F-ck You Obama, that hard working American DID BUILD THAT, he hired people to help him, he supported those people and their families, your a lucky man Obama, the America that you hate has taking pretty good care of you, your f-cking Aunt Zucchini and your Drunken Uncle Omar (BOTH CRIMINALS)

The ad is blowing up in the face of the Obama campaign.

Thye of course were lying through their teeth when they said that they didn't know about poor old Joe.

Another article on the Obama camaign lies about this ad:

Obama camp denies knowledge of cancer tale it told in May | The Ticket - Yahoo! News

    OOPS caught lying yet again.

Oh and Joe was offered a buy out and got all his 401k and part of his pension, the exact amount isn't known because he has changed his story:

    Anti-Romney steel worker was offered a buyout | WashingtonExaminer.com

Of course ROmney had left Bain long after this happened, and Soptic didn't pick up health insurance for his wife when she lost her job, but this is all Bain's fault 5 years after the fact.

This is true, but Sargent vehemently supported only letting it apply to low level offenders. Dukakis later allowed it to apply to first degree murderers and other assorted dangerous felons. When the Massachusetts State Legislature passed a law to stop that practice, and not allow FIRST DEGREE MURDERERS from being furloughed, Dukakis vetoed that bill.

What nonsense. If you happen to be white and male you hit the lottery? What racist, race baiters in this forum.

Um, btw, this country is going to ****. Have you seen the deficits we're running? Have you looked at the unfunded entitlement spending, and coming demographics problem we're facing? How about the slow growth, and ever dependent populace, not to mention the credit downgrade(s) - cuz another one is coming. You can love your country, and still think it's going into the crapper. When your brother does something stupid, or ill advised, it's still something dumb and ill advised, despite the fact that he's your brother and you love him. I love this country, and find it to be the greatest place on earth. Unfortunately, I also see where we're headed, and it ain't pretty.
