Starts tonight, with Falcons v. Jaguars...
Coach Smith will apparently be getting more tests tomorrow, but he's on the sidelines tonight, I believe.
Falcons score a TD on the opening drive.
Julio can run. Jags CB injury situation also reared its ugly head there.
Taylor Price active and expected to play tonight, as well. #15 for Jags.
This just in:
Blaine Gabbert still really, really, really sucks.
Taylor Price seems to be off to a slow start, as Mayock thinks he ran a wrong route to start things off..... :bricks:
Yes he does. Speculating Taylor Price ran the wrong route as well on that 3rd down, that or, Gabbert just really, really sucks.
Both are more than possible, maybe even a combination.
I think Jack Del Rio should be fired while being fired for this pick.
Why did the offsides call come after the play? usually see those flags at the snap it's not the first time just curious
How does Turner ever get so many yards? I've never seen a Rb lose yardage more often than him.
Oh, he was looking at Price? Then bet is on Price running the wrong route. In the guy's first interview, he said the Jaguars run a different system that the Pats and that he will used about a week to understand everything in their system. That was a strange comment to me
It makes me wonder if drafting Dalton might have saved his job.
Don't know, I really did not think any of the QBs were ready to start and I have been surprised by Dalton and Newton, the game looks slow to Newton out there and he is having fun with the men I thought were going to rough him up.
Anyway this draft thing is hard.
You're playing the Jaguars. Last week aside, that team can't score with a damn.
Kick the field goal, Mr. Smith.
Edit: Attaboy, Mr. Smith. Atlanta called the timeout instead of going through with the 4th down play, and kicked the field goal.
I predict a garbage time TD for Price, followed up by at least 3 threads tomorrow wondering why BB cut him...bank on it!!!
Even better, didn't waste the TO, took the 5yard penalty and took what equates to little more than an extra point distance.
Did they? Cool. I made the mistake of assuming there, because my screen had locked up.
Thanks for the correction.
This just in:
Jags have back to back non-sack plays!
Is Gabbert capable of making throws down the field? He's exceptionally lucky to have arguably the best Running Back in the game today picking up his slack.
-4 (-14 counting sack) passing yards to start the 2nd quarter. You tell me.
Separate names with a comma.
